What is the science that went into creating the CVR audio sessions?

Is CVR Audio Sessions Effective Without the ZenFrames?

Creative visualization and guided imagery have been around for decades. These are scientifically proven modalities for behavior modification, pain relief, and self-improvement. Now they are made even more effective with the added benefit of brainwave entrainment through the ZenFrames technology.

Most people find the best time to listen to CVR audio sessions is in the afternoon or upon arriving home from work. This allows you to feel rested and relaxed so you can enjoy a stress-free evening. Others find that listening first thing in the morning is optimum. Morning sessions can give you the boost you need to start your day with a positive mental attitude. If you tend to have trouble falling asleep at night, then listening right before bed can help retrain your brain’s sleep patterns. These sessions are designed to guide you into deep sleep so you awaken refreshed the following day. There is no bad time to listen as long as you can take 20 to 24 undisturbed minutes. If you are under a great deal of stress, we recommend you listen at minimum once a day, although twice a day is even better, and three times a day is excellent.

What if I fall asleep during a CVR audio session?

Although to the casual observer it might appear that you are asleep, it is more likely that you are in a deep state of theta, or on the threshold of sleep. If you return to conscious awareness at the end of the CVR audio session, then you were not asleep, but just in a deep, natural state of relaxation. If you should fall asleep, there is no need for concern. The other-than-conscious mind will use the last pieces of information and incorporate them into your dreams. The brain, being a goal striving system, will continue to use the powerful information to solve problems and create positive results in your life. The most important thing is to relax, allow, and accept the benefits you experience by mastering the relaxation response.

How many CVR audio sessions are there and how do I choose the most appropriate sessions for me?

If someone is skeptical, will the CVR Audio Sessions still work?
